In celebration of Valenzuela City’s 394th Foundation Day, City Mayor REX Gatchalian leads the blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremonies of the seven 3S (Sentro ng Sama-samang Serbisyo) Center Playgrounds in the city, November 21, 2017. Kids and daycare pupils enrolled in the 3S Centers of Bagbaguin, Gen. T. de Leon, Karuhatan, Lawang Bato, Marulas, Punturin and Ugong can now enjoy the facility for free.
